(115 gr) These bright orange mussels from the renowned Arousa estuary stand out from the rest. These are the top of the top, only the absolute finest mussels available are selected. This premium selection is sourced from traditional Galician seafood catchers. The mussels are then cleaned and lightly fried in oil with the utmost care, even enhancing their taste and texture. Finally, they are pickled in escabeche sauce.
